Avatara Resort - Koh Samet

Staying in the Beautiful Double Room offered spacious comfort, but the uphill walk to the room can be exhausting.

Beautiful clean rooms, with an interesting design.

No bath, no balcony, no smoking area.

Every detail of this well-organized property was lovely. The personnel were super-friendly and excellent. The location was particularly good and fantastic, just 5 min walk from Ao Phai Beach. I loved the good restaurant and the food was fabulous.

The fine beach view was overshadowed by the horrendous sewage smell that ruined my beach experience. Woudl it really kill them to put staff on luggage duty? Dragging bags up those steep stairs with no assistance was despicable. As a distinguished guest, i expected a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences, but apparently that's too much to ask.

great garden views but some room challenges

The rooms are big and comfortable. The restaurant at Jeps Beach served delicious meals, especially the breakfast options that captivated our taste buds. The lovely garden adds to the ambiance.

The walk to the rooms can be a bit long, especially for older guests.

Staying at Avatara Resort was a delight! The room had a spacious layout with a large king-sized bed and a comfortable single bed. The private bathroom amenities, including free toiletries and a hair dryer, were very convenient. The beautiful gardens surrounding the area added to the overall charm of our stay.

The rooms were beautiful, matching the photos perfectly, and the breakfast was a delightful feast with an amazing coffee selection. the uphill walk to the rooms was quite a trek! I would absolutely choose this place again.

The Beautiful Double Room was really spacious with a big comfortable bed, and the decor was quite excellent. The toilet had some issues with water flow, a bit annoying. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the amenities. Plus, the modern design.

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast on the beach and took part in snorkeling and diving activities, fantastic. The staff was always attentive. The beach was not crowded.

The Wi-fi was very poor and made it hard to connect. This was frustrating when trying to upload photos or stay in touch with home.

We had a blast exploring the beach and diving into the crystal-clear waters together. The family loved the breakfast buffet, it had tasty pancakes and fresh fruit that kept us energized for our adventures.

For dads, it would be great if there were easier paths to the rooms, especially for families with little ones.

staying here was fantastic as it was just a few steps from koh samet beach and close to great dining spots like silver sand restaurant, making our weekend strolls enjoyable.
